Any products/goods purchased from Global HazMat Inc. need to be returned within 15 calendar days of receipt of shipment for a refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc). Goods must be returned unopened in their original condition. Custom products ordered in specifically or produced for your company are non-refundable unless defective. Any items returned due to the customer’s error are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please allow up to 4 weeks to receive your refund.
If you need to return an item, please email info@globalhazmat.com to begin the process. We’ll notify you via email of your refund once we’ve received and processed the return item.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping service you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weight will be rounded up the next full pound.
Should it be necessary to ship items out of country, there may be additional customs and duty charges. These will not be reflected in the shipping charges quoted by the website. You will be contacted prior to the product being shipped should these charges apply to your online order.
